IT Service Manager Overview:

IT service managers enable and encourage an IT service culture. They oversee development of ITSM-based management processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained to meet business objectives. They continually push service improvements on an ongoing basis to improve quality and customer satisfaction with IT services. They maintain day to day responsibility for the ownership and resolution of Service Management issues.
