IT Help Desk Technicians provide technical support and troubleshooting to users who need assistance with their computer hardware and software. There are two main types of help desk technician, which are in-house and remote. To be on your way toward this exciting career path, the CompTIA A+ and the MCSA/MCSE certifications are hugely beneficial. These certifications include the CompTIA A+ 900 training series as well as the 70-740, 70-741, 70-742 and 70-744 training series.
